The project is located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood and proposes a high-quality, mixed-use project with approximately 322 apartments and a 50,000 SF Safeway store at ground level. At least 20% of the residential units will be affordable residences. A wide array of unit types are planned, including a significant number of residences programmed as two-bedroom homes. This project is under development and will be completed in Summer 2024.
