Pat is the firm’s Chief Executive Officer focused on investment and portfolio strategy, as well as fundraising and partnership/joint venture formation. He has been responsible for over $2B in company transactions over the years, and he is an investment committee member. He has prior work experience in mortgage banking (CBRE, San Francisco) and CMBS origination (Merrill Lynch, New York). Pat received a BA from Boston College and an MBA from UC Berkeley.

Billy has executed over $1B in transactions for the family and joint venture partners. He is an investment committee member and is involved in all transactions at the company. Prior to joining the Cahill companies in 2010, Billy worked in FTI Consulting’s Real Estate Debt Restructuring Group in New York. Billy earned a BS from Boston College and an MBA from Wharton.

Kenny is responsible for all acquisitions and equity finance raises at Cahill and has executed over $750M+ in transactions. He oversees asset management in the Denver and San Francisco markets and is an investment committee member. Prior to joining Cahill in 2013, Kenny worked at Triage Consulting Group. Kenny has a BA from the University of Southern California and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Derek Taylor joined Cahill in 2003. In his role as Chief Operating Officer for, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm. Derek also leads lease negotiation for Calfox’s San Francisco office properties.
Prior to joining Cahill, Derek and had a ten year career in direct broadcast satellite industry, serving a variety of roles from product to channel management and direct sales.
Derek graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a B. A. in Business Administration and Professional Writing.

Alfred Leong

As Cahill Equities CFO, Alfred Leong oversees all accounting, tax, and finance matters. Alfred brings over 10 years of business and legal experience to the Controller role. Prior to joining Cahill Equities, Alfred was an assistant controller for DivcoWest where he managed the accounting for commercial real estate debt funds totaling over $1 billion in assets. Alfred is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the State Bar of California. Alfred earned his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from UCLA. In his spare time, Alfred coaches youth basketball and volunteers as director of Sunset Youth Hoops, a sports ministry of Sunset Church.

As Director of Acquisitions Han works closely with the CEO to shape the acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. He leads the acquisition team in sourcing and executing new investment opportunities across all markets, utilizing proprietary financial models for both acquisition and development analysis.
Now based in Seattle, Han has spent his 17 years in commercial real estate developing deep expertise in market analysis, financial modeling, and transaction management. His background also includes prior experience in brokerage, portfolio management, and financial planning. Han earned his Bachelor's degree and MBA from the University of California, Riverside.

Kellen McColl

Kellen McColl

Kellen joined Cahill in 2022 and is responsible for asset management of the multifamily portfolio. His prior experience includes multifamily development with The Hanover Company and corporate transaction and portfolio management with Salesforce. Kellen holds an MBA concentrating in real estate finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
